Profile

I am the Operations and Project Manager at qLegal.

Prior to joining qLegal, I was a solicitor in private practice for 10 years, before running my own business and then qualifying as a Prince2 Project Management Practitioner.

I manage the qLegal entrepreneurship law clinic, which provides pro bono legal advice to entrepreneurs and start-ups. I am responsible for managing the client journey and the successful delivery of pro bono advice from student legal advisers. I have a keen interest in innovation and process improvement, including through the use of legal technology.

With the rest of the qLegal team, I also design and deliver a range of experiential learning programmes for students, with an emphasis on client care and case management skills.

I have a degree in law, am a Prince2 Practitioner and an Associate Fellow of the HEA. I am also a Mental Health First Aider and have published an article in the International Journal of Clinical Legal Education on law student mental health.
